Please review our policy below to understand the process for returning items and receiving a refund.


Terms

1. Right to Return 

Standard Return Period: You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return Fees: Please see the return fees for your country below.

• Exchanges: To exchange an item, please place a new order and treat the item you wish to exchange as a standard return, following the instructions on this page.


2. Condition of Items

Eligible Items: Items must be unused and in new condition, with all product labels attached to the items.

Non-Eligible Items: Used items are not eligible for a refund.

Special Note on Socks: Socks that have been opened from their original packaging cannot be returned.


3. Packaging Requirements

Proper Packaging: Please ensure that all returned items are carefully and neatly packed. Use the original packaging or a suitable carton, and secure the package with sufficient tape on all sides to preserve its condition and ensure it is ready for resale.


4. Refund Fees

Finland: 4,90 € (Åland 8,90 €). Please note that customers from Finland and Åland are to send returns with Posti, no matter how the order was shipped.

Sweden: 49 kr

Germany: 4,90 €

Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, France, Portugal, Spain Ireland, Monaco, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia: 7,90 €

UK: £9.90

USA: $9.90

Canada, Denmark, Switzerland: 9,90 €

Norway: 14,90 €

Rest of the world: Return the package at your expense with the courier of your choice.

If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will deduct the country-specific return shipping costs. Uncollected orders will be treated as returns.

 

Return Process

1. Fill In The Return Form

Fill in this form and follow the instructions after submitting the form.


2. Await For Our Response And Return The Items

Follow the instructions in our email response to return the items. The instructions are dependent on your location and original courier.


3. Get Refunded

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Refunds are processed within 1-14 days from receiving your return, depending on your original payment method. The refund will cover the value of the returned items and the original shipping costs, with the applicable regional refund fee deducted.
